The youths from North East India and especially with rural background find it hard to get a gainful employment or to venture into a small entrepreneurial activity. The main hurdle is lack of professional training. The existing training facilities are inadequate and are priced high. The Jana Kaylan Trust recognised this and started training programs for young men and women. The documentary tells the story of their efforts to open the Doors of Opportunities.
