Namaskar,
Last week I came back from
Dibrugar, Assom. I along with Amar Paranjape, a volunteer of Jnana Prabodhini and
lecturer at Walchand College Of Engineering Sangali, conducted few camps &
visited Vivekananda Kendra projects.
- Vivekanand Kendra Vidyalaya, Majuli : Interaction to 8,9,10th Standard students: 120 Students.
- Vivekanand Kendra Vidyalay, Bokulunil: 2 Days workshop on Thinking Skill (6 Sessions)- 35 Students
- NTSE Camp : 5 day study camp to orient students for National Talent Search Examination was organized at Vivekanand Kendra Vidyalay ,Dibrugar.
- 60 students from 5 different schools as Shri Agrasen Acadamy ;Dibrugad, Vivekanand Kendra Vidyalaya: Dibrugad, Tinsukia, Tingrai, Majuli participated in the study camp.

Teachers training : 3 days, 5 sessions : Questioning skills (3 Sessions) Thinking Skill (2 sessions) - Ram Krishna Mission, Narottam Nagar Interaction with 10,11,12th Standard Students- 120 students.
- Visits- Apart from training we visited ‘Satras’ at Majuli to know the aspects of their educational system. We visited Anandalya; a nonformal educational project run by Vivekanand Kendra for childrens of tea gardens. We had nice interaction withVKV parents and experts and businessman involved in tea business.
We are planning to have a follow up program for NTSE
aspirants.
